Attorney Michael Cohen to Present at The State Bar of Wisconsin Live Seminar & Webcast Titled "Trending Topics in Business Litigation 2018"
The State Bar of Wisconsin will be hosting a live PINNACLE™ seminar titled, “Trending Topics in Business Litigation 2018.” The live seminar will take place on Thursday, November 29th at The Ingleside Hotel in Pewaukee. Attendees can also register for the live streaming webcast offered by the State Bar of Wisconsin.
The seminar will cover a myriad of today’s hot-button litigation issues including the Rules of Civil Procedure, changes to Wisconsin’s class action statute, as well as national trends in merger and acquisition class actions.
