Join Attorney Scott Brunner for his upcoming presentation titled, “Evolution of Securities Crowdfunding and Regulation A.” The presentation to the Milwaukee Bar Association will be held on Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at 424 East Wells Street, Milwaukee, WI 53202. Private securities offerings are undergoing significant breakthroughs with the use of the Internet and social media. Securities (or “Equity”) crowdfunding represents a newly developed securities offering option for Federal- and Wisconsin-level offers. Recent changes to Regulation A—and the framework surrounding “Testing the Waters” offers—will also be discussed.
