Equity Crowdfunding Recap: Attorney Scott Brunner Presents to the State Bar of Wisconsin
On June 9, 2016, attorney Scott W. Brunner presented to the State Bar of Wisconsin on the new SEC crowdfunding regulations that went into effect May 16, 2016. The presentation, titled “Introduction to Equity Crowdfunding,” examined the new crowdfunding options available to businesses, allowing them to raise funding by selling securities over the Internet.
