Meissner Tierney Fisher & Nichols S.C. (MTFN) is pleased to welcome Jaclyn C. Kallie as an associate attorney in the litigation practice group.

Jaclyn’s practice focuses on representing a wide variety of businesses in litigation matters in both state and federal court, primarily in the areas of complex insurance coverage issues, bad faith claims and commercial litigation. Beyond this, Jaclyn has also defended business litigants in product liability and toxic tort matters, related to both lead paint and asbestos exposures.

Jaclyn also represents both employers and employees in a variety of labor and employment litigation matters including non-compete and other restrictive covenants, sexual harassment, wage disputes and all variety of discrimination.  Jaclyn is also well versed in personal injury matters, real estate disputes, civil sexual assault and breach of contracts. Jaclyn has the experience and understanding to advise clients on the possible outcomes and costs of litigation, so that clients have a realistic and comprehensive understanding of the process and issues involved in order to make strategic decisions throughout litigation. In addition to her law practice, Jaclyn serves on the board of the State Bar of Wisconsin Labor and Employment Law Section.

Prior to joining the firm, Jaclyn spent over a decade trying cases at other prominent Milwaukee area litigation firms. She graduated from Marquette University Law School in 2012 with a civil litigation certificate and as an inductee to the pro bono honors society. While in law school, Jaclyn competed in the Jenkins Honorary Moot Court Competition, was a quarterfinalist in the National Moot Court Competition and served as the Associate Justice of Education for the Executive Moot Court Board. Since graduating, Jaclyn has remained involve in the Marquette Moot Court program, serving as a volunteer coach for the Chicago Bar Association Moot Court Competition and Spong Moot Court Competition and as a volunteer judge at the Jenkins Honorary Moot Court Competition and National Moot Court Competition.
