Meissner Tierney Fisher & Nichols S.C. is pleased to welcome Matthew S. Schwemmer, an associate attorney on our transaction team, focusing on Business and Tax Law. He advises clients on tax matters, corporate structure, mergers and acquisitions and entity formation, offering practical solutions to business issues.
Matthew brings valuable insight into state and federal tax issues from his previous experience as a Tax Associate in income franchise and mergers & acquisitions, as well as his time as a Legal Extern at the Internal Revenue Service.
While in law school, he served as a judicial intern to Chief Justice Annette Kingsland Ziegler of the Wisconsin Supreme Court and was actively involved in both the Asian Law Students Association and the Business and Tax Law Association.
