
Franklin W. Wong is an attorney in the Meissner Tierney Fisher & Nichols S.C. Business and Tax Law Practice. Frank worked as a tax professional with a public accounting firm prior to law school. When in public accounting, he did tax compliance and planning for closely held businesses, private-equity owned businesses, and high-net worth families.
Frank is sought out to serve as a strategic advisor on merger and acquisition transactions, intergenerational wealth transfers, and other corporate structure and tax planning for closely held businesses. He has extensive experience in the preparation of large, complex income and estate tax returns, as well as representing clients with the Internal Revenue Service and various state taxing agencies.
Frank is a licensed Certified Public Accountant, bringing a strong financial foundation to his legal practice. During law school, he held a leadership role on the Tax Law Association and was actively involved in the the Business Law Society. Frank has been with the firm since 2023.
Outside the office, Frank is an avid tennis player and golfer. He also enjoys following Marquette Basketball and the Milwaukee Brewers.
