Franklin W. Wong is an associate attorney on our transactional team, focusing on Business and Tax Law. As a licensed Certified Public Accountant, Frank leverages his strong financial background to enhance his legal practice, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, intergenerational wealth transfers, and the corporate structuring and tax planning of closely held businesses. His past experience in the preparation of large, complex income and estate tax returns, as well as representing clients before the Internal Revenue Service and various state taxing authorities, is a valuable complement to our firm’s robust Tax Law practice.
While in law school, Frank held a leadership role on the Tax Law Association and was actively involved in the Asian Law Student Association and the Business Law Society.
