David W. McCormack is a litigator at Meissner Tierney Fisher & Nichols. He is experienced representing businesses and insurers in a wide range of matters, including insurance coverage litigation, contract and general business disputes, personal injury and insurance defense, alternative dispute resolution, arbitration, and appeals. He guides clients through every stage of the case, from pre-litigation strategy through appeal, with a clear understanding of how early strategic decisions shape the final outcome.
David is a co-author of Anderson on Wisconsin Insurance Law, published by the State Bar of Wisconsin. He has presented at multiple conferences on insurance-related topics and has published several articles in the field. While attending Marquette University Law School, David served in the chambers of Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Brian Hagedorn.
Outside the office, David enjoys golfing, fishing, and cheering on Wisconsin sports teams.
