David W. McCormack is an attorney in Meissner Tierney’s litigation practice group. He represents businesses and insurers in a variety of matters ranging from basic contract disputes and collections to complex insurance coverage litigation.
Since graduating from Marquette University Law School, David has gained experience in many facets of the litigation process, including attending and defending depositions, discovery motion practice, dispositive motion practice, and appeals. He previously served as a judicial intern in the chambers of Justice Brian Hagedorn at the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
