Christopher R. “Chal” Little is an attorney in Meissner Tierney’s transactional practice group and serves a variety of business entities and individuals.
Chal has had the opportunity to assist clients with a wide variety of matters, including advice relating to business formation, maintenance and dissolution; business transactions, including vendor contracts and acquisition and sale transactions; securities offerings and related securities law compliance; commercial and residential real estate; state and federal taxation; estate planning and administration and compliance with various other state and federal regulations.
Prior to joining the firm, Chal served as a Summer Honors Intern with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Chal worked with the State Bar of Wisconsin in updating the Wisconsin Uniform Partnership Law, and is currently active as a member of State Bar Committee to revise the Wisconsin Limited Partnership Law. Chal has previously been licensed as a securities professional in the mutual fund and alternatives space, where he held FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 licenses.
