James “Jimmy” Cimermancic is an attorney in Meissner Tierney’s litigation practice group. He represents insurers and their insureds in various matters, including general liability and insurance coverage issues. Additionally, Jimmy has experience in each step of the litigation process, including alternative dispute resolution, depositions, pretrial practice, trial, and the overall evaluation of cases.
Before joining Meissner Tierney, Jimmy worked as an associate in Madison, working in general liability and insurance coverage. After receiving a B.A. in History and Religious Studies at the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, he went on to get his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2024. Jimmy interned for Judge Aprahamian in Waukesha County and for Justice Zeigler of the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
Between undergrad and returning to Wisconsin to earn his J.D., Jimmy studied Mandarin and taught reading, writing, and science to ESL students in Tainan, Taiwan.
