David W. McCormack is an attorney in Meissner Tierney’s litigation practice group. He represents individuals, businesses and insurers in a variety of matters ranging from personal injury defense and basic contract disputes to arbitrations, complex insurance coverage litigation, and appeals.
Since graduating from Marquette University Law School, David has gained extensive experience throughout the litigation process ranging from pre-suit investigation through appeals. He previously served as a judicial intern in the chambers of Justice Brian Hagedorn at the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
