Erica D. Kolo is an attorney in Meissner Tierney’s transactional practice group. She advises clients on business formation, taxation and transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, she served as Law Clerk for the Wisconsin Governor’s Office of Legal Counsel. Erica earned her J.D. from Marquette University Law School and completed her undergraduate degree at University of Wisconsin-Madison. At Marquette, Erica served as Associate Editor for the Marquette Law Review.
