Dennis L. Fisher is Of Counsel to Meissner Tierney.  During the height of his career, he helped to shape the firm into what it is today and served as a mentor to a number of the firm's successful young attorneys.  In addition to his predominant role in directing the firm, he concentrated his practice on civil litigation with an emphasis on general business litigation, including contract, property damage, environmental remediation, securities law, business torts, civil rights, municipal law and insurance coverage.  Dennis conducted trials in circuit courts throughout Wisconsin, U.S. District Courts in the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin and Northern District of Illinois, U.S. Bankruptcy Courts in the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, Administrative Hearings (such as the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources), and arbitration hearings under the American Arbitration Association Rules and other arbitration systems.  Dennis also represented clients in federal and state circuit courts in other states, as well as the Wisconsin and Federal appellate court systems.
