Dieter Juedes is a litigator practicing commercial and insurance litigation in both state and federal courts.  He has represented businesses and insurers in a wide-variety of matters, including commercial disputes, products liability, complex insurance coverage issues, construction defect litigation, and professional liability.  Dieter has experience across the litigation spectrum, having participated in multiple jury trials and drafted appellate briefs. 

Dieter’s published legal work focuses on internal investigations and white collar crime, most notably having published on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.  He has also participated in presentations related to Wisconsin tort legislation, the Daubert standard for admissibility of expert evidence, and insurance bad faith.
